The twin demons have revived and returned.
It's a hand trigger that's been getting a lot of attention in recent years, and it's a nice effect if it hits, but in Yu-Gi-Oh, it's likely that handicap will be regulated in the future and there won't be many new cards, so it doesn't have a lot of potential in the future.
In the US version, demons have their horns broken for religious reasons, but these guys in particular are worth seeing because their figures are so tragic. This bald!

Comprehensive evaluation: Meta is limited and it is difficult to aim at neutralization.
It's a meta to handicap by the opponent, but the drawback is that it's only "discard", so the range is narrow.
It also works against 《Card Destruction》that reach each other, but in that case it's enough if it's a Dark World monster.

As for the meta against discards, as already said, there are various types of discards, and there are many holes in them and they are not very reliable. Compared to Dark World, the return is thin, but the advantage is that the effect can be negate.

If the meta is too limited, it would be nice to put it on the side, and the reward itself is good when it is decided, but it is a card that is regrettable in various ways.
Discard is roughly divided into ``discard'', ``send to GY'', ``destroy'', ``exclude'', and ``return to deck'', and it only deals with discarding, and the meta coverage is surprisingly narrow.
So even if the handicap card is raging, it's a sad card that doesn't always come into play.
If the time to come out was later, I wonder if the range of support could have been expanded.
